Full Stack Web Developer (MERN)

Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Web Developer (MERN) to develop and maintain AI-powered SaaS web applications, conversational AI chatbots, and agentic AI systems. The role emphasizes integrating LLMs and AI tooling into production web apps and participating in architecture and technical planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications with integrated AI capabilities.
• Build conversational AI chatbots and agentic AI features that support autonomous decision-making.
• Collaborate using Claude Code for accelerated development cycles and AI-assisted coding.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and work within modern development workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or comparable languages).
• Experience with AI/ML integrations, APIs, and LLM-based applications.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI development tools and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts or chatbot development.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
• Knowledge of vector databases and RAG architectures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month.
