Role
We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer who uses AI coding tools as part of their daily workflow to build and ship web applications quickly. You will collaborate directly with clients and product managers and be responsible for delivering at least one shipped product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern fullstack technologies.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, refactors, and prototyping.
- Integrate third-party services and REST APIs.
- Work with relational and hosted databases and manage data access.
- Collaborate with product managers and clients to deliver production-ready features.
- Follow Git/GitHub workflows and participate in delivery processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
- Experience using AI coding tools (examples: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf).
- Strong in Node.js or Python.
- Experience with React and/or Next.js.
- Database knowledge: Postgres, MySQL, Supabase, Firebase.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Good communication skills and evidence of having shipped at least one real product.
Preferred
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.
- Experience working with AI-generated codebases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices or AI agents.
Compensation
