Gen AI Engineer

Role

Gen AI Engineer (Full Stack | Agentic AI) based in Bangalore. Build scalable AI-driven applications and agentic AI systems using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. Deliver end-to-end solutions including frontend, backend, API integrations, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI applications (chatbots, copilots, automation tools).
• Design agentic AI systems: multi-agent workflows and tool orchestration.
• Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector database integrations.
• Develop scalable backend services (Java / Python / Node.js).
• Build responsive frontend applications (React / Next.js).
• Work on API integrations, microservices, and system design.
• Perform prompt engineering, testing, and optimization.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and production readiness.

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java (mandatory) and experience with Python or Node.js.
• Frontend experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Understanding of agentic AI, tool calling, and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI copilots or autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation & Logistics

• Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹900,000 per year.
• Experience: 1+ years (Vibe Coding: 1 year required; AI Agents: 1 year required; Full-stack development: 1 year preferred).
• Work location: In person (Bangalore).
