Role
Gen AI Engineer (Full Stack | Agentic AI) responsible for building scalable AI-driven applications and agentic systems that leverage LLMs. The role covers end-to-end delivery including designing intelligent workflows, integrating vector databases and RAG pipelines, implementing backend services, and developing responsive frontends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy GenAI applications such as chatbots, copilots, and automation tools.
- Design agentic AI systems including multi-agent workflows and tool orchestration.
- Build RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector database integrations.
- Implement scalable backend services (Java / Python / Node.js) and APIs.
- Build responsive frontend applications using React / Next.js.
- Work on API integrations, microservices, and system design for production readiness.
- Perform prompt engineering, testing, and optimization to ensure performance and scalability.
Requirements
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java (mandatory) and experience with Python or Node.js.
- Frontend proficiency with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Experience with REST APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (vibe coding) with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI copilots or autonomous agents.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Location & Experience
- Location: Bangalore (in-person). Candidates should be based in Bangalore or nearby cities.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years total; 1 year required experience in Vibe Coding and 1 year in AI Agents.
Compensation
- Listed salary range: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year.
