The GenAI Consulting Intern will join cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable generative AI solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks, support deployment on cloud platforms, and contribute to client-facing strategy and presentations. The role combines hands-on technical work (Python, Databricks, fine-tuning) with consulting responsibilities and stakeholder communication.

Role
As a GenAI Consulting Intern embedded in cross-functional teams, you will design and implement multimodal GenAI and agentic systems, contribute to client-facing projects and internal AI initiatives, and help translate technical work into strategic, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Build multimodal agentic systems to automate and streamline workflows.
- Work with platforms and tooling for model deployment (Azure, AWS, GCP) and with Databricks for data/compute.
- Support fine-tuning and development of customized Small Language Models (SLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) setups.
- Integrate data using knowledge graphs and maintain documentation of technical work.
- Communicate findings and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-level clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Professional experience with GenAI models, RAGs, and knowledge graph tools.
- Experience or strong interest in fine-tuning LLMs and building agentic frameworks (high-code and low-code/no-code).
- Ability to document work clearly and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset; collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with or familiarity with “vibe coding” is stated as advantageous.
