Role
Intuit is hiring a Generative Creative Technologist for the Marketing Futures team to explore, prototype, and scale generative AI-driven creative across marketing channels. The role partners with Brand/Design and Performance Marketing to produce scalable visual, audio, video, and interactive assets and to move prototypes into measurable, in-market campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate scalable creative assets (images, video, audio, interactive content) using generative AI platforms and emerging tools.
- Rapidly build functional prototypes and proofs-of-concept from concept to working demo using vibe coding tools and Python.
- Partner with Brand/Design and Performance Media to deliver AI-generated creative for paid campaigns, landing pages, social, and partner marketing.
- Drive pilots into live campaigns and measure business impact (subscribers, conversion lift, CAC efficiency, LTV).
- Design and run A/B/C testing programs to measure CTR, CVR, and engagement.
- Build reusable prompt-based workflows, creative templates, moodboards, and style-scoping tools to democratize creative production.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to test creatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms; integrate with platform APIs for real-time performance filtering.
- Evaluate new generative tools and recommend adoption strategies while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and ethical AI standards.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in creative production, design technology, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years using generative AI tools for creative output.
- Experience building AI-based prototypes using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Loveable (or similar) and advancing prototypes to MVPs in marketing contexts.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI image, video, and audio generation tools (examples provided in role description).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype and build creative applications.
- Strong visual design sensibility and experience in UX, brand identity, or interactive content development.
- Experience running creative experimentation programs and measuring performance across digital channels.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and maintaining prompt libraries for consistent brand output.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries is a plus.
