Role

Accenture Strategy & Consulting (Reinvention Deployed Engineering) is hiring an Analyst to act as an industry-embedded advisor who redesigns enterprise workflows by combining AI, automation, and human expertise. The role focuses on turning strategy into concrete, build-ready designs and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data to reflect real business operations.
• Identify where AI, automation, and orchestration can augment or replace human steps while preserving necessary human judgment.
• Define workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths so designs are unambiguous and ready to build.
• Apply industry and regulatory knowledge to ensure workflows are compliant and aligned with domain operating models.
• Translate client processes into structured requirements for engineers and architects.
• Support value identification and quantification by gathering baseline data and defining KPIs and success metrics.
• Support business development and client workshops through research and preparation of materials conveying solution impact.

Must-have skills

• Deep process design and architecture expertise (Business Process Strategy, BPM/BPMN, End-to-End Process Architecture, Enterprise Process Mapping).
• Hands-on process and digital transformation experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Business architecture techniques (Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, Capability Modeling).
• Industry and functional process expertise (e.g., Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, Source to Pay).
• Strong AI fluency, including NLP, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, Human–Machine Interaction, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Practical experience building prototypes and solutions with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) with attention to token cost and performance.
• Strong communication, presentation, storytelling-with-data, analytical thinking, and cross-cultural competence.

Desirable skills

• Experience with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, PEGA, Salesforce, Workday, IBM) and major cloud AI stacks (Azure AI, AWS, Google Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with AI & data solution architecture and AI-enabled operating models.
• Experience implementing workflow automation/RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate).
• Experience with process-mining tools (Celonis, Signavio) and Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Comfort with rapid prototyping using AI coding assistants (“vibe coding”).
• Product management experience across discovery, scoping, and delivery; Agile/Scrum delivery and SDLC governance.

Qualifications
