About the Role

Role
Salesforce is recruiting Graduate AI Builders to join the AI Builder New Grad cohort in Bangalore. Builders are embedded with customer-facing teams to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production, working in cross-functional “builder pods” and delivering real-time customer impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for enterprise customers using the Agentforce platform.
- Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture leveraging LLM and AI technologies.
- Support the full technical lifecycle: architect, build, debug, test, and deploy scalable production systems.
- Implement solutions using JavaScript, Python, and Apex, and integrate with front-end technologies as needed.
- Partner with clients and sales teams to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and drive strategic impact.
- Iterate rapidly: test, fix, and ship increments; own delivered work.
- Travel frequently (approximately 25–50%) to work alongside customers and support deployments.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline (new graduates preferred; 1–3 years of experience acceptable).
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; comfort designing agent reasoning and tool calls.
- Practical fluency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, JavaScript, OOP, and real-time infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
- Strong communication and consultative skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Collaborative mindset; ability to work in fast-paced, iterative team environments.
