About the Role

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new 0→1 AI app builder at Sigma, enabling non-technical users to compose AI-first applications. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive product definition, launch, and adoption while working on-site in San Francisco several days per week.

Job Description

Role

Sigma is hiring a Group Product Manager for an AI app builder to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new 0→1 product that enables non-technical builders to create AI-first applications. You will work closely with customers and collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build, launch, and grow a category-defining product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the vision and roadmap for AI Apps and rally leadership and teams around that vision.
  • Own and iterate on an AI app builder that lets customers build applications and workflows via a natural language interface.
  • Work rapidly with design and engineering to build, test, and launch product iterations at startup speed.
  • Define growth initiatives to increase adoption and engagement, including self-service flows.
  • Be the voice of the customer: gather deep customer insights and translate them into product experiences.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to enable go-to-market success.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through rapid build-test-learn cycles and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with exposure to BI, data analytics, data preparation/transformation, or related domains.
  • Strong technical understanding of databases, data infrastructure, APIs, security, and hands-on experience with data modeling or technical platforms.
  • Proven GTM experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Strong design instincts and experience partnering with design teams to deliver intuitive UX.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, startup-like environments and drive execution.

Compensation & Logistics

  • Base salary range: $240,000 - $260,000 annually.
  • Eligible for stock options and comprehensive benefits.
  • This role is based in San Francisco and requires being on-site four days per week.
