Group Product Manager, AI-Native Data Warehouse
Explicitly requires AI/LLM fluency (Cursor, Claude, AI agents) and building an AI-native data product; heavy use of AI-assisted prototyping and agentic workflows.
About the Role
Senior Group Product Manager to lead Dex, an AI-native data warehouse product at Juniper Square, defining vision and multi-year strategy, owning end-to-end data ingestion, modeling, validation, and distribution pipelines. The role requires strong AI fluency, cross-functional leadership, and experience bringing zero-to-one B2B/Enterprise SaaS products to market.
Job Description
Role
We are hiring a Group Product Manager to own Dex, an AI-native data warehouse for private markets. This is a zero-to-one flagship product role: you will define the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap; own the end-to-end data pipeline (ingest, extraction, mapping, validation, distribution); and ensure Dex serves as the data backbone for Juniper Square’s apps, AI agents, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Take Dex from concept to production: lead discovery, define requirements, sequence the roadmap, and ship end-to-end solutions.
- Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dex as both an external product and internal platform for fund administration.
- Conduct customer research with GPs and internal stakeholders to inform direction and prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, fund administration, customer success, sales, AI teams, and executives.
- Drive adoption and go-to-market coordination with GTM and fund administration teams.
- Define and deliver AI-powered capabilities across the pipeline: agentic document ingestion, automated classification and extraction, mapping/enrichment, human-in-the-loop review, search/retrieval, and AI-driven insights.
- Simplify domain complexity and deliver solutions that meet high accuracy and reliability requirements.
- Provide product leadership and mentorship for other PMs and multiple engineering workstreams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS with a strong portfolio of shipped, end-to-end work.
- Proven experience owning complex product areas end-to-end, ideally in zero-to-one contexts.
- Background in data warehousing, data modeling, document ingestion/extraction, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience building agentic workflows or production LLM features with evaluation and monitoring discipline.
- Fluency with LLMs and common AI tools (examples given: Claude, Cursor); able to prototype and use AI to accelerate PM work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and track record of influencing across teams; experience mentoring or managing other PMs.
Compensation
- U.S. base salary range: $230,000 - $300,000 USD.
- Canadian base salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 CAD.
- Compensation includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
