Role
Group Product Manager — Ad Monetization responsible for defining and executing the monetization roadmap for InMobi’s advertising platform. The role sits at the intersection of programmatic advertising, AI, data science, and platform engineering to maximize publisher revenue and improve advertiser outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for the Ad Monetization platform.
- Build and optimize products across the programmatic advertising stack to maximize publisher revenue.
- Scale auction-based monetization and deal-based demand (PMP, PG, OpenRTB).
- Partner with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, ad-serving systems and internal stakeholders to improve auction efficiency and fill rates.
- Collaborate with engineering to design scalable SDK, APK, and API integrations.
- Leverage AI and ML for automation, personalization, and intelligent decisioning.
- Design data-driven experiments and A/B testing frameworks to improve monetization metrics.
- Work with analytics and fraud prevention teams to derive insights and safeguard traffic quality.
- Influence cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including publisher monetization, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic protocols (OpenRTB, PMP, PG).
- Strong product management experience (10–14 years preferred) with a data-driven approach and measurable revenue impact.
- Experience with analytics platforms, measurement systems, and large-scale consumer/adtech platforms.
- Working knowledge of SDKs, APKs, APIs and mobile ecosystem integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
AI‑First Builder Mindset
- Ability to leverage Generative AI and ML for product strategy, analysis, experimentation, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or vibe-coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) to build prototypes and workflow automations.
- Comfortable rapidly translating ideas into working solutions without relying entirely on engineering resources.
