Role
Glance is hiring a Group Product Manager on the U.S. Growth team to own end-to-end growth for device distribution, Daily Active Users, and revenue. This role combines product leadership, rapid prototyping, analytics, and business development to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across the Android and device/system layers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth end-to-end: drive user growth, device growth, and revenue with a clear North Star of maximizing devices and DAU.
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-assisted development and vibe coding at the Android or backend layer; produce POCs to test hypotheses before scaling.
- Design high-fidelity mocks and concept-ready visuals for pitches to OEMs, Telcos, and partners.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities at the Android/system/device level, working closely with OEMs, Telcos, and system app partners.
- Analyze funnel metrics (activation, engagement, retention), surface drop-off points, and convert insights into product changes that compound over time.
- Pitch and close integrations and partnership deals with senior stakeholders at OEMs and Telcos globally.
- Drive adoption of AI agents and other consumer AI features as key growth levers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consumer product management experience with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer products.
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding, AI-assisted development, or rapid prototyping and the ability to independently build functional POCs.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable owning funnel analysis, retention modeling, and growth diagnostics without a dedicated data team.
- Ability to design high-fidelity product mocks and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives for external partners.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, GTM, and business development.
- Prior collaboration with Telcos, OEMs, or system integrators and familiarity with the Android ecosystem and device-level distribution is highly valued.
- Startup mindset and hustle; exceptional communication and executive presence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $272,000 to $324,000 USD (applicable to California and New York offices; may vary by location).

- 401(k) company match.
- Generous vacation, sick, special occasion time, and company holidays.
- Substantial maternity and paternity leave.
- Flexible working hours, wellness stipend, free lunch in offices, pet-friendly environment and pet insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Location & Work Model
- This role is onsite in San Mateo, CA and is not open to remote work.
