Growth Engineer and Vibe Coder

Role

You will design, build, and test AI-powered autonomous go-to-market engines that pick apps, generate positioning and assets, run distribution experiments (ads, listings, SEO, outreach, lifecycle), measure outcomes, learn, and scale winners. This is an experimental, high-autonomy contractor role intended to convert to full-time with benefits and stock options if the project proves successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate AI-driven workflows and agentic systems for growth and distribution.
• Generate positioning, creative assets, and experiment designs for user acquisition and monetization.
• Run and manage distribution experiments across channels (ads, listings, SEO, outreach, lifecycle) and tie results to revenue outcomes.
• Design quick data pipelines, dashboards, and evaluation/monitoring systems to measure performance and guide scaling decisions.
• Implement robust evaluation, monitoring, and compliance-aware workflows.
• Work closely with two experienced founders in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping AI-powered prototypes or workflow systems quickly.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI models, tooling, and rapid iteration techniques (“vibe coding”).
• Experience or clear understanding of growth systems (ads, SEO, lifecycle, PLG) and experiment-driven product growth.
• Ability to design and implement data pipelines and dashboards for rapid analysis.
• Comfortable working autonomously in an ambiguous, experimental setting; entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with lean startup principles are highly valued.
• Willingness to start as a contractor with potential for full-time conversion.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience building growth systems at scale (ads, SEO, lifecycle, PLG).
• Experience creating agentic workflows with robust evaluation and monitoring.
• History of running experiments tied to revenue rather than vanity metrics.
• Experience with compliance constraints (spam laws, ad policies, platform Terms of Service).

Compensation & Logistics

• Pay: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month.
• Job types: Full-time, Contract (initially contractor with potential conversion to full-time, benefits, and stock options if project survives).
• Work location: Remote.
