Job Description
Role
The Growth Experience Designer will design, develop, and implement interactive digital tools and live demo experiences that showcase 3Play Media’s captioning, audio description, and localization solutions. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical execution to educate, engage, and convert prospects across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Create interactive web experiences such as pricing calculators, budget visualizers, generative-AI video demos, and product demonstrations, including projects with significant video playback requirements.
- Design and build in-person demo experiences for events and trade shows (e.g., IBC, NAB) in partnership with the events team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to define requirements and deliver interactive solutions.
- Implement tracking and analytics to measure impact, iterate rapidly, and optimize tools based on data.
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept through delivery, coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in front-end projects, preferably in a marketing-focused role.
- Demonstrable experience working in Cursor or similar environments.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, tailwind.css, shadcn, and frameworks such as Remix, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with back-end technologies and databases.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with marketing concepts and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Portfolio demonstrating interactive web projects.
Preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Wordpress tools.
