Role
Beacon Software is hiring a Growth Lead to join its Acceleration team and act as a fractional head of growth for a pod of 3–4 acquired companies. You will design and run GTM experiments, build repeatable playbooks and systems, and help portfolio companies drive revenue and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with pod leaders and portfolio company GMs to align product direction with user insights and brainstorm growth experiments.
- Prioritize, build, and launch experiments that meaningfully drive revenue (ads, cross-sells, conference strategies, lead lists, copy, dashboards, etc.).
- Identify and optimize growth loops and improve conversion across the marketing funnel.
- Build systems and tools (playbooks, Claude skills, mini-products) so less-technical GMs can run GTM experiments independently.
- Hire and grow other growth teammates.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a founder, growth marketer, or GTM engineer, ideally with experience in B2B SaaS.
- Strong growth fundamentals: channel prioritization, funnel analysis, ICP development, prospecting automation, lead generation, copywriting, and conversion rate optimization.
- Clear, concise writing and the ability to say no to the wrong priorities.
- Enough “vibe-coding” ability to be effective building simple dashboards or tools; software engineering or finance background is a plus but not required.
