Growth Lead
Explicitly expects "vibe code" landing pages and simple prototypes; mentions Cursor and AI assistants (Claude) for building and iterating quickly.
About the Role
Growth Lead at Corti responsible for driving developer awareness, acquisition, and activation for a medical AI platform through product launches, landing pages, demand generation, content, and analytics. The role combines technical aptitude (reading APIs, prototyping) with hands-on marketing execution and growth experimentation.
Job Description
Role
Corti is hiring a technically curious, execution-focused Growth Lead to own developer-facing growth: product launches, landing pages, demand generation, developer content, and growth analytics. You will move fast across channels and formats, shipping launch assets and experiments that drive signups and activation for Corti’s healthcare AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship landing pages, launch assets, and promotional materials (often coding or prototyping yourself).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design to bring launches to market.
- Plan and execute demand-generation campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels to drive signups, activations, and pipeline.
- Run conversion-rate experiments across the signup and activation funnel and manage paid campaign performance.
- Produce developer-facing content (blog posts, guides, tutorials) and build an SEO strategy targeting developers.
- Create sales enablement assets and templates as needed.
- Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs; analyze user behavior to identify activation opportunities.
- Use data to prioritize experiments and allocate resources across channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or a generalist growth role at an early-stage tech company.
- Track record of marketing technical products to developer audiences and shipping landing pages, launches, and growth experiments quickly.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and understanding developer products; able to build simple prototypes or landing pages (“vibe code”).
- Experience across paid, organic, email, content channels and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PostHog).
- Strong technical writing skills for developer-facing audiences and a builder mindset; comfortable operating with minimal structure.
- Genuine interest in AI and healthcare.
