Role
Schneider Saddlery is hiring a Growth Manager to own full-stack growth for a 75-year equestrian e-commerce brand. The role combines hands-on growth marketing with building and deploying AI-powered automations and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and influencer channels
- Optimize Shopify experience, CRO and run A/B tests
- Develop and execute SEO strategy and manage Amazon presence
- Implement analytics and attribution solutions (GA4, SQL)
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems, automations, agents and AI-powered tools
- Full ownership of growth initiatives and decision authority over ad spend
Requirements
- Must be an equestrian (active rider, former rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast)
- Demonstrated experience building AI automations, apps, agents or AI-powered tools (beyond prompt usage)
- 5β7 years of DTC e-commerce growth marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with paid channels, Shopify, CRO, analytics and attribution
- Experience with GA4 and SQL for analytics
- Comfortable with full ownership and a broad scope of responsibility
Compensation & Perks
- Total compensation range: $132,000β$182,000 (listed as $110,000β$140,000 base + 20β30% bonus)
