Role

The Growth Marketing Lead will scale the company’s growth engine by blending technical execution with strategic growth initiatives across Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assisted motions. This role partners with engineering and product to build automation, analytics, and campaign systems that convert developers into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize user acquisition funnels across web and mobile to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop tools and systems for viral growth mechanics, referral programs, and user engagement features.
  • Design and execute behaviorally triggered lifecycle email programs for onboarding, activation, expansion, and win-back; improve deliverability and conversion to pipeline.
  • Run multi-touch campaigns across paid search/social, content, email, and webinars with clear attribution and ROI tracking.
  • Build and maintain analytics infrastructure to track user behavior and measure experiment outcomes.
  • Build n8n (or equivalent) automations for lead capture, enrichment, routing, lifecycle triggers, and alerts.
  • Execute disciplined A/B testing across subject lines, CTAs, sequences, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
  • Manage paid budgets to improve CAC and payback while protecting funnel health and profitability.
  • Own SEO end-to-end: topic-cluster strategy, content assets (comparisons, alternatives, pricing, case studies), technical fixes (schema, internal linking, crawl/index hygiene), and measurement of organic pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in growth engineering, growth marketing, or technical product marketing within PLG and B2B SaaS environments.
  • 3+ years hands-on software engineering experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Comfortable “vibe coding” with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to prototype and ship growth experiments and automations.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Retool, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of analytics platforms (Heap, Mixpanel, Segment), A/B testing frameworks, and statistical significance for experiment design.
  • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills to derive actionable insights from user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Proven experience designing lifecycle email campaigns with strong metrics for deliverability and pipeline conversion.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with developer-focused or AI/ML/data infrastructure companies and technical buyer journeys.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Sigma, Looker) for dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience integrating CRM, data warehouse, product analytics, and marketing tools via n8n or equivalent automation systems.
  • Background in early-stage startups with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration.

  • Compensation Range: $180,000 - $240,000
