Role
QuadCode is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing and user acquisition for an AI IDE product powered by LLM agents. This role focuses on defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, building scalable organic and community-led acquisition channels, and meeting clear acquisition KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a scalable acquisition strategy focused on organic, community-led, and guerrilla initiatives within AI and developer ecosystems.
- Own end-to-end acquisition targets for new active users per month and ensure sustainable DAU growth and conversion into paying users.
- Track and optimize the full acquisition funnel (traffic → activation → DAU → paid), improving CAC efficiency and unit economics.
- Grow presence and engagement across social media, blogs, and niche dev/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, YouTube, Telegram) via organic content, community participation, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage outsourced promo content production (videos, reviews, demos) and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Own and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and minimize unnecessary spend.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align acquisition with onboarding, activation, and monetization insights.
- Monitor trends in AI, developer tools, and AI-driven communities to inform growth tactics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing with a track record of launching and scaling tech products (IT, AI, or startups preferred).
- Proven ability to drive user acquisition through guerrilla, community-led, and organic strategies while managing lean budgets.
- Experience collaborating with influencers and creators in AI, developer, or tech niches, including sourcing, negotiating, and measuring impact.
- Familiarity with developer/AI communities (Reddit, Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram) and their dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, from sourcing contractors to launching campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to track, optimize, and iterate acquisition funnels and KPIs.
- Genuine interest in AI, developer tools, and innovative tech products.
- Fluent English (minimum B2+) for international outreach and content; fluent Russian (minimum C1) for internal communication.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on experience using them in marketing.
- Basic skills in low-code/no-code platforms, including Vibe Coding.
