Schneiders Saddlery is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and run an AI-powered full-stack growth engine for equestrian e-commerce. The role combines hands-on AI systems development, automation architecture, paid acquisition optimization, personalization, and analytics, and requires that the candidate be an active or former rider/horse owner or deep equestrian enthusiast.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition Intelligence
- AI-assisted creative generation and rapid testing (50+ variants/month)
- Automated bid optimization and budget allocation
- Agentic competitor monitoring (pricing, promotions, new products)
- Dynamic audience segmentation based on behavioral signals
Platform Optimization (Shopify)
- Rapid landing page prototyping via AI-assisted code
- Systematic A/B testing (2-4 tests running continuously)
- AI-powered personalization and product recommendations
- Automated UX analysis from session recordings and heatmaps
Analytics & Attribution Systems
- Build custom dashboards and automated reporting pipelines
- SQL queries for cohort analysis and LTV prediction
- Multi-touch attribution models
- AI-assisted anomaly detection and alerting
Marketing Automation Architecture
- Design and deploy agentic systems for monitoring, segmentation, and optimization
- Create workflows that remove manual hours and scale content output
- Integrate Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and advertising platforms via APIs/webhooks
- Maintain prompt libraries and AI templates for scaling
Equestrian-Informed Strategy
- Develop content and campaigns informed by real equestrian experience
- Time seasonal campaigns to equestrian buying patterns
- Cultivate influencer partnerships with real riders
- Optimize product pages according to how horse people shop
Technical Requirements
Must have:
- Active/former equestrian (rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast)
- 5–7 years in growth marketing / DTC e-commerce
- Portfolio of production AI systems/tools/automations you’ve built (not experiments)
- Hands-on Shopify implementation experience
- GA4 and SQL fluency for analytics and reporting
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) with AI integration
- Daily practice of “vibe coding” (using LLMs to build, prototype and ship)
Preferred Qualifications
- Python basics for analytics/automation
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or other agent frameworks
- API integration and webhook architecture experience
- Experience deploying agentic AI in production
- Built custom apps or tools from scratch using AI assistance
Compensation & Location
- Total compensation: $132K–$182K (base $110K–$140K + 20–30% bonus)
- AI tool budget and autonomy to implement tools
- Six-figure ad budget with decision authority
- Location: Chagrin Falls, OH (remote / hybrid available)
- Timeline: Spring 2026 start; offers expected Feb/March
