Customer-facing GTM Engineer / Customer Success Manager who onboards and owns enterprise B2B customers, designs and operates multi-channel outbound campaigns, and builds GTM automations and workflows to deliver measurable pipeline outcomes.
Job Description
Role
You will join the Customer Success team as a GTM Engineer / Customer Success Manager, acting as a primary contact for enterprise customers. The role combines customer success, GTM consulting, technical implementation, campaign management and hands-on automation to translate customer goals into operational GTM systems that generate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers to the platform and processes.
- Act as the first point of contact and own customer outcomes end-to-end.
- Understand customer goals, ICPs, markets, offerings and sales processes to advise on GTM strategy and campaign logic.
- Design, implement and operate multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows) and ensure clean pipeline handovers and reporting.
- Build and manage GTM workflows and automations using tools such as Clay, Claude Code, n8n, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Troubleshoot and improve GTM workflows, perform data enrichment, lead scoring and campaign performance optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and internal Customer Success to feed customer feedback and automation ideas into the SaaS product.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management, preferably with enterprise B2B customers.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, outbound and pipeline generation.
- Technical competence to build, improve and troubleshoot GTM automations and workflows.
- Experience with multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows) and campaign performance monitoring.
- Native-level German and very good English skills.
- Ability to work fully remote and adhere to working hours in the German time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with Clay and n8n, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with Vibe Coding, AI agents or AI-assisted sales workflows and AI prototyping.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data-enrichment tools, and no-code/low-code automation systems.
- Residence in or near Munich (optional).
Success metrics / Expected outcomes
- After 3 months: independently onboard customers, build and operate LinkedIn and email outreach workflows, reliably run customer campaigns and communicate with enterprise clients.
- After 6 months: own multiple customers end-to-end, improve customer results via targeting/messaging/data/workflows, build advanced GTM automations and contribute product improvement ideas.
