Role
EMARKETER is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the automation layer between data, AI tools, and revenue systems. You will build AI-powered workflows that identify and enrich prospects, score leads, automate outbound sequences, and integrate AI platforms with CRM and sales tools to improve pipeline efficiency and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows to enrich prospects, score leads, and automate outbound using Clay, Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Create integrations between AI platforms (Claude, OpenAI) and revenue systems.
- Diagnose funnel problems (e.g., dropping reply rates, lead bottlenecks) and implement fixes.
- Develop measurement frameworks to evaluate automation impact.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Data to prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
- Ship working solutions in 1–2 week cycles and iterate based on user feedback.
- Document solutions in playbooks, Arcade walkthroughs, and Mintlify docs; hand off deliverables with clear documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building automations that delivered measurable business results.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Familiarity with sales engagement and conversation intelligence tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Gong).
- Experience working with AI/LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Practical experience with Python, SQL, or API development.
- Ability to document and produce training materials for internal tools.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, rapidly shipping and iterating, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Backgrounds
- Revenue/Sales/Marketing Ops with automation experience in Salesforce.
- Solutions Engineering or Growth Engineering with a track record of building integrations and internal tools.
- Self-taught technical professionals with hands-on experience automating prospecting workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000 - $145,000 (dependent on skills and experience)
