Glimpse is hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the technical systems that power outbound revenue, including automation infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. The role combines revenue operations, growth engineering, and experimentation to design, implement, and harden a repeatable outbound engine that increases pipeline and conversion efficiency.

Role
GTM Engineer responsible for owning and scaling the systems that power outbound revenue generation. This role sits at the intersection of revenue operations, growth engineering, and pipeline generation and focuses on automation, data reliability, and AI-powered personalization to drive measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Revenue Operations & GTM systems: manage and optimize GTM tech stack, ensure data quality and observability, and maintain data pipelines between CRM, sales tools, and analytics platforms.
- Build Programmatic Outbound Infrastructure: design and implement AI-powered outbound sequences for personalization at scale, manage email deliverability (domain health, warming, sender reputation), and build automated research/trigger workflows.
- Drive Growth Through Experimentation: ship high-velocity experiments (widgets, landing pages, email sequences), build internal tools to enable non-engineers to launch tests, and instrument funnels with tracking and analytics.
- Scale Through AI & Automation: build LLM-powered workflows for research, personalization, content generation, and lead qualification; automate repetitive marketing, sales, and ops processes; create scalable systems (not one-off scripts).
Requirements
Required
- 2+ years in GTM, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Apollo (or similar outbound automation platforms)
- Strong technical skills: APIs, webhooks, light scripting (Python/JavaScript), and SQL
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and “vibe coding”
- Track record of rapid experimentation and shipping growth initiatives
- High agency and bias toward action
Bonus
- Experience building automated outbound systems and email deliverability best practices
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or other modern growth tools
