Role
We are hiring a GTM Engineer to implement and optimize an AI-powered outbound solution and own the email marketing infrastructure. You’ll build and manage automated outbound sequences, ensure deliverability and personalization at scale, create data pipelines between marketing tools, CRM, and sales tooling, and collaborate with RevOps to improve lead routing and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Test, implement, and continuously optimize an AI outbound solution from setup through performance tuning.
- Build and manage automated outbound sequences with a focus on deliverability and personalization at scale.
- Own email marketing infrastructure, including domain health, warming strategies, and deliverability monitoring.
- Create and maintain data pipelines between marketing tools, CRM, and sales tooling to enable attribution and reporting.
- Collaborate with RevOps on lead scoring and routing to improve conversion rates.
- Identify automation opportunities across marketing operations to improve efficiency.
- Ship growth experiments (e.g., website widgets, ROI calculators) to improve conversion and pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations, GTM engineering, growth engineering, or similar roles at B2B SaaS companies.
- Hands-on experience with automated outbound and marketing automation tools.
- Strong technical skills and comfort working with APIs and webhooks.
- Experience with email deliverability best practices and cold outreach infrastructure.
- Track record of building scalable outbound systems that drive pipeline.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Nice-to-have / Bonus
- Experience with outbound platforms such as 11x, Artisan, AiSDR, or similar.
- Experience with Clay and Salesforce.
