The GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations at ContactMonkey will own and evolve core GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay) to build AI-powered revenue automations, improve lead and account distribution, and deliver reliable analytics and forecasting to accelerate pipeline conversion and rep productivity.

Role
ContactMonkey is hiring a GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations to build and operate the company’s revenue engine. The role sits at the intersection of RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Data, and AI automation and is responsible for owning core GTM systems, shipping AI-enabled workflows, and improving lead/account distribution and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay: object design, fields, workflows, automations, integrations, data quality, permissions, campaign and lifecycle tracking, and handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Build AI-powered revenue automation: design and ship AI-enabled workflows for account research, persona mapping, enrichment, territory matching, routing, personalization, follow-up automation, and sales-assist workflows using low-code/no-code and AI-assisted development (including “vibe coding”).
- Manage lead and account distribution: routing logic, ownership rules, round robins, territory mapping, SLA tracking, source attribution, deduplication, and exception handling.
- Partner with Marketing on demand-gen operations: optimize inbound lead flow and speed-to-lead logic (Chili Piper), operationalize intent tools (G2), and build reporting to understand channel performance.
- Support analytics and forecasting: maintain clean data flows and partner on analytics across AWS AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, and CRM data sources to deliver dashboards and revenue visibility.
- Strengthen sales process and methodology: support forecasting, stage management, pipeline hygiene, MEDDIC adoption, validation rules, workflows, and enablement assets.
- Enable Sales through Gong-driven insights: build tools, dashboards, trackers, and feedback loops to operationalize call and deal insights for coaching and messaging improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM Engineering.
- Hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce and HubSpot (process design, data quality, reporting).
- Experience building automations with Clay or similar automation tools (Zapier, Salesforce Flow) and CRM writeback patterns.
- Data fluency: familiarity with data schemas, SQL, analytics troubleshooting, and partnering on analytics infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions (pipeline generation, forecasting, sales methodology).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders; detail-oriented builder-operator mindset.
How to Stand Out
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience with AWS AppFlow, Athena, QuickSight, S3, or similar data/BI infrastructure.
- Experience with Gong administration and enablement workflows.
- Proven delivery of AI personalization, intent-based routing, lead/account scoring, or sales-assist workflows at scale.
- Basic scripting experience (Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Apex, HubSpot Operations Hub, APIs, webhooks, or reverse ETL tools.
Compensation & Work Details
- Base salary range: $120,000 CAD - $150,000 CAD.
- This is a net new position based out of ContactMonkey’s downtown Toronto office (King and Spadina). Team works in-office 3x per week.
