Role
Fuelius is hiring a GTM Engineer (RevOps / SalesOps) to own and scale outbound pipeline generation. This is a hands-on role combining technical systems thinking, commercial awareness, data enrichment, automation and experimentation to generate qualified leads and sourced pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and run outbound campaigns in Clay to generate qualified leads at scale.
- Source and enrich prospect data using waterfall enrichment, AI agents, web scraping and custom signals.
- Identify and automate workflows around high-value signals (funding rounds, tech stack changes, hiring signals, PE activity, CRM contract renewals).
- Own and maintain the outbound tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, supporting tools) and keep HubSpot as the single source of truth.
- Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier or equivalent and implement vibe-code solutions where needed.
- Run a continuous test-and-learn programme: hypothesise, build, measure and iterate to discover repeatable outbound plays (“GTM Alpha”).
- Evaluate and pilot new tools, data providers and AI capabilities; share learnings across the GTM team.
- Deliver measurable Sales Qualified Leads and sourced pipeline with output-linked incentives.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, CRM administration or a similar function.
- Experience or familiarity with Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Cognism or similar data/enrichment tools (even self-taught projects are acceptable).
- Experience building workflows, automations or integrations in HubSpot, n8n, Zapier, Make, or via direct API work.
- Strong commercial mindset: understands what makes a good lead, sequence and outbound campaign.
- Highly experimental and proactive: able to ideate and run experiments independently.
- Comfortable with data sourcing techniques (enrichment, scraping, custom signals) and using AI/LLMs for research and personalisation.
