Role
Sumble is hiring a GTM Engineer to sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and engineering and build the systems, automations, and data pipelines that scale go-to-market motion. You’ll write code, build integrations, and deploy tooling that routes Sumble’s signal data into outbound sequences, dashboards, and reporting used by GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own selection, implementation, and integration of marketing and sales tools (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, attribution, analytics).
- Build signal-to-pipeline automations that enrich, score, and route accounts to the right reps with context.
- Instrument end-to-end marketing attribution and build dashboards and reports for marketing and sales.
- Build campaign infrastructure: landing pages, lead capture, nurture sequences, A/B testing frameworks, and personalization logic.
- Prototype internal tooling (scripts, dashboards, Slack bots) to accelerate the revenue team.
- Maintain CRM and marketing data integrity: enrichment pipelines, deduplication logic, and lifecycle stage definitions.
- Design and run growth experiments across channels and measure results.
Requirements
- 2+ years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, marketing ops, or revenue ops at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience building integrations, automations, or internal tools using APIs and workflow platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, Tray, or custom scripts).
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel analytics.
- US time zone based (remote).
