Role
BMC Helix is hiring a Technical Support Analyst based in Pune to support Customer Success by designing, prototyping, delivering, and administering solutions on the Helix Innovation Suite. The role focuses on enabling customers to realize value through low-code/no-code applications, AI-driven workflows, and integrations with ITSM and Digital Workplace systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, support, and product stakeholders to define use cases and translate them into actionable Helix Innovation Suite solutions.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and deliver scalable applications using low-code/no-code capabilities.
- Build and enable AI-driven workflows using Helix GPT, virtual agents, and automation frameworks.
- Develop custom objects, workflows, UI components, and REST API integrations with ITSM, Digital Workplace, and external systems.
- Administer and enhance Helix SaaS platforms including configuration management, change control, and lifecycle governance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy solutions across environments and ensure they are secure and scalable.
- Create documentation, enable handoffs to operations/support, and contribute reusable assets and accelerators.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or low-code development.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite or similar enterprise low-code platforms.
- Experience developing workflow automation, REST API integrations, data models, and UI components.
- Familiarity with REST/JSON, event-driven workflows, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, or virtual agent platforms.
- Exposure to Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, or Helix GPT.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and SaaS release management.
- Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary band midpoint listed at 1,180,000 INR (min 885,000 INR; max 1,475,000 INR). Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and other factors.

Location & Work Arrangement
- Position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India and listed as hybrid (#LI-Hybrid) with up to 10% travel.
