Role
Staff Technical Support Analyst (India) responsible for designing, prototyping, delivering, and administering solutions on the BMC Helix Innovation Suite. The role works with business, support, and product stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable, production-ready low-code applications and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business, support, and product teams to discover use cases and translate them into Helix solutions.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and deliver scalable applications using low-code/no-code capabilities.
- Build and enable AI-driven workflows using Helix GPT, virtual agents, and automation frameworks.
- Develop custom objects, workflows, UI components, and integrations with ITSM, Digital Workplace, and external systems.
- Administer and enhance Helix SaaS platforms, including configuration management, change control, and lifecycle governance.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices.
- Create documentation and support handoffs to operations and support teams.
- Contribute reusable assets, patterns, and accelerators to reduce time-to-value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or low-code development.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix Innovation Suite or similar enterprise low-code platforms.
- Experience developing workflow automation, REST API integrations, data models, and UI components.
- Familiarity with REST/JSON, event-driven workflows, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI-enabled solutions, automation tools, or virtual agent platforms.
- Exposure to Helix ITSM, Digital Workplace, or Helix GPT.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and SaaS release management.
- Knowledge of UX principles and user-centered design.
- A mindset for experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous learning.
Location & Working Model
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Working model: Hybrid (role indicates hybrid/remote flexibility).
- Travel: Up to 10%.
