Role
High-Velocity Full-Stack Mobile Developer for a 3-person startup focused on shipping rapidly to hit imminent product milestones. The role requires picking the fastest technical path (React Native/Expo, Flutter, native Android, or web) and delivering production-ready features quickly using AI-native development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly evaluate project goals and deploy the fastest solution (cross-platform mobile, native Android, or web).
- Leverage AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, LLMs) for prototyping and implementation at high velocity.
- Diagnose and fix deep architectural, state, and rendering issues; own the codebase and its reliability.
- Independently manage weekly scopes and hit strict weekly milestones with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate directly with founders in an iterative, flat-hierarchy environment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in at least one rapid-deployment framework: React Native (Expo), Flutter, Kotlin with Jetpack Compose for native Android, or React/Next.js with TypeScript for web.
- Familiarity with lightweight backend/cloud solutions for rapid auth and persistence such as Node.js, Firebase, or Supabase.
- Expert-level workflow integration with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, or other LLMs.
- Solid fundamentals: ability to read, debug, optimize, and write clean code; deep understanding of state management and API integration.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, rapid pivots, and a self-starter mindset; ready to start immediately and commit fully.

Role Details & Timeline
