Role
AI QA Automation Lead responsible for leading QA and automation for agentic AI, LLM and generative AI initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining automated test frameworks and validating AI agent behavior while managing a QA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a QA automation team and coordinate QA activities.
- Design, implement and maintain automation frameworks and test suites for web and API testing using Playwright, Selenium and Rest Assured.
- Implement mobile automation using Appium.
- Validate and test AI Agents / Agentic AI, LLMs and Generative AI outputs and behaviors.
- Drive API automation and end-to-end test coverage for AI-enabled products.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of total experience.
- Strong experience in AI Agents / Agentic AI, LLMs and Generative AI testing.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium and Rest Assured for automation.
- Experience with mobile automation using Appium.
- Strong communication skills and team handling/leadership experience.
- Employment type: Full-Time. Location: PAN India.
