Role
Texas Instruments seeks a Human Resources Intern to support HR operations, automation, compensation analysis, and business HR generalist work. The intern will partner with stakeholders to map workflows, refine and roll out internal automation tools, perform market benchmarking and data modeling for compensation, and help design practical HR solutions for business groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to map existing HR workflows and identify high-impact manual processes
- Test, refine, and support rollout of an internally developed HR automation tool
- Explore further automation opportunities across HR and translate findings into business cases and implementation roadmaps
- Conduct compensation-related analytics: market benchmarking, data modeling, and develop communication strategies for managers
- Act as a business HR generalist: diagnose organizational needs, propose analytically sound and executable recommendations
Requirements
Minimum
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Preferred
- Genuine interest in people, organizational dynamics, and building effective teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Experience with vibe coding, PowerShell, Claude Code, or similar tools to automate workflows or process data
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to address inefficiencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborative, adaptable, self-motivated, and effective time management in fast-paced environments
