Role
We are seeking an AI Developer (I&F Decision Sci Practitioner Associate) with 1–3 years of experience to develop and maintain AI-driven applications that automate and accelerate R&D processes. The role centers on Python software development, building and integrating APIs, implementing deployment processes, and applying agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, task orchestration, embeddings) to create intelligent, automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using Python.
- Design, build, and integrate Python APIs for various use cases.
- Use VS Code and similar development tools to write, test, and debug code.
- Implement and explore agentic AI approaches for autonomous workflows and intelligent agents.
- Integrate automation tools into R&D workflows to accelerate data collection, analysis, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of deployed applications.
- Leverage agentic AI and vibe coding techniques to rapidly build and iterate applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (posting references 1–2 years in description).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with VS Code or similar IDEs.
- Knowledge of Python APIs (development and integration).
- Familiarity with deployment processes and software development best practices (version control, testing, debugging).

- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
