Lead eXp Realty's innovation efforts by developing strategy, building prototypes with modern vibe coding tools, and enabling non-technical teams through training and embedded support. Manage innovation projects end-to-end, engage stakeholders, measure impact, and operate remotely within the US.

Job Description

Role

Lead the development and execution of eXp Realty’s innovation strategy, delivering hands-on prototypes and enablement across the organization. The role blends strategy, hands-on “vibe coding”, project management, stakeholder engagement, and training to accelerate adoption of new technologies and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for innovation initiatives with measurable goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities within eXp’s technology platform.
  • Build software prototypes using modern vibe coding tools and embed with other teams to transfer skills.
  • Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and regular stakeholder communication to foster collaboration.
  • Establish metrics to assess impact on business performance and user experience; analyze data and feedback to refine strategies.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and resources to promote experimentation and continuous learning.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform innovation priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in innovation strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience building prototypes or software; comfortable using and teaching modern “vibe coding” tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication, workshop facilitation, mentoring, and data-informed decision making skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and embed with distributed teams across the organization.
