Role
The Innovation Enablement Lead will develop and implement a strategic roadmap for innovation across eXp Realty’s technology platform, build solutions using modern vibe coding tools, and enable non-technical teams through embedded coaching and training. The role is fully remote in the U.S. and focuses on driving measurable impact from innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities.
- Develop and implement a strategic innovation roadmap with measurable goals and milestones.
- Hands-on development using contemporary vibe coding tools and assist others in learning those tools.
- Embed with teams to provide practical coaching and transfer of technical skills to non-technical staff.
- Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation projects using Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather input and build alignment.
- Establish and track metrics to assess the impact of innovation efforts; analyze data and feedback to iterate on strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform opportunities and differentiation.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing innovation strategy and roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience building software with modern low-code/vibe coding tools and the ability to teach others.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile practices.
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders across departments and facilitate workshops.
- Experience defining and tracking performance metrics and using feedback/data to iterate on solutions.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
