Role
We are seeking an Interaction Designer to design and implement efficient, intuitive user experiences across multiple projects and platforms. The role focuses on understanding business and user requirements and translating them into personas, sitemaps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and users to identify needs and pain points and design simple, usable, efficient products and services.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Rapidly test and iterate designs based on user and business feedback.
- Create graphics and web layouts that clarify complex data and maximize user impact.
- Apply a lean design approach to produce validated MVPs and shorten cycle times.
- Support multiple projects and prioritize work based on ROI and business value.
- Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to facilitate iterative design.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts and communicate design decisions clearly.
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline and 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design within digital environments.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), human–computer interaction, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet client and business needs.
- Fluency with standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Invision, etc.).
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, branding instincts, and the ability to iterate efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prototype and iterate rapidly, including leveraging AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding techniques (e.g., Cursor).
