Role
Internship in Digital Business Development for Industrial IoT (LOCTITE Pulse) supporting the roll-out and growth of IIoT solutions in multiple industries. Work in an agile innovation unit with cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, customer success and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support roll-out of LOCTITE Pulse digital solutions across industries
- Contribute to strategic and operational tasks, from sales support to growth-strategy development
- Build business cases to demonstrate value and impact of solutions
- Assist Customer Success with inquiries, alarm tracking and reporting to generate measurable success cases
- Drive rapid prototyping and automation using vibe coding and AI tools (scripts, prototypes, simple tools)
- Analyze markets for smart maintenance solutions and derive data-driven insights
- Prepare marketing campaigns and support the customer journey
- Participate in IIoT implementation projects from initial contact to activation in the LOCTITE Pulse App
- Identify internal process improvements and propose practical solutions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in business administration, engineering, or related program
- First practical experience in business development, data analytics, digital solutions, or IoT is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proactive team player with a structured working style and hands-on mindset
- Interest in digital business models, AI-powered tools and IoT technologies
- Availability for a full-time, six-month internship at Henkel headquarters in Düsseldorf starting September 2026 (ideally)
