Role
Senior Multimedia Integrator / E‑learning Advisor responsible for developing knowledge and training solutions for specialized insurance lines. The role focuses on designing instructional architecture, producing interactive e‑learning modules and multimedia assets, and integrating text, images and audio/video into authoring tools for learner deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on learning objectives and participate in ideation with content experts.
- Develop instructional breakdowns and content architecture based on learning needs.
- Recommend and implement appropriate training strategies given objectives and constraints.
- Produce various types of learning materials and create training capsules; design and adapt storyboards.
- Create original learning scenarios and author tests to assess participant competence.
- Integrate and synchronize text, images and audio into an authoring tool (primarily Articulate Storyline).
- Edit and optimize images; record, edit and process audio and video; operate basic filming equipment (camera, lighting) when required.
- Use generative AI to produce text, image and video content and to generate code (vibe coding).
- Produce motion design animations (asset when available).
- Generate HTML, JavaScript and ActionScript via vibe coding when needed.
- Plan and track development stages, run workshops and meetings, and perform post‑training follow‑up.
- Review translated training content from English to French.
Requirements
- Degree in education sciences or related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in multimedia integration.
- Very advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs).
- Bilingual French and English required.
- Authorization to work in Canada (no immigration sponsorship offered).
Preferred / Assets
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience using filming equipment and producing motion design.
- Experience generating code (HTML, JavaScript, ActionScript) through AI-assisted workflows.
