Role
The (Junior) Chief of Staff partners directly with the COO as a central interface to drive the continuous development of Everphone’s operating model. You will identify cross-unit potential, translate findings into actionable solutions with measurable impact, and enable scalable, repeatable operations through tech-driven automation and process design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects end-to-end and execute central management initiatives as well as self-initiated performance levers.
- Close gaps between units, support and operationalize the OKR process, and ensure clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
- Produce data-driven analyses, presentations, and business cases as decision material for C-level stakeholders.
- Define, document, and improve processes with a focus on scalability and global growth.
- Use Vibe Coding and modern tools to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.
- Drive change management and support teams through structural transformations.
- Solve operational bottlenecks hands-on and drive initiatives to completion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., management consulting or dynamic startup environment).
- Strong ownership mindset and demonstrated ability to execute entrepreneurially.
- Pragmatic, speed-oriented approach to developing and implementing high-quality solutions.
- Advanced analytical skills; comfortable with complex modeling and fluent in Excel.
- Experience with stakeholder management, change management, and effective communication.
- High tech affinity, curiosity for AI and low-code tools, and willingness to automate processes (Vibe Coding).
- German and English proficiency at C1 (business fluent) in both languages.
