Junior Solution Architect responsible for advising event organizers on integrating ticketpay APIs, building prototypes and automations with AI-assisted "vibe coding", and providing operational support for events including occasional on-site work and on-call weekend duties.
Job Description
Role
Junior Solution Architect (m/w/d/x) focused on enabling customers to integrate and extend TicketPAY’s ticketing platform. The role combines technical consulting, prototyping with AI tools, system integration, automation, and operational support at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive technical consulting and architecture guidance to event organizers on using the TicketPAY API and connecting existing systems (CRM, access control).
- Vibe coding & prototyping: build quick scripts, reports, or workflow hacks using AI tools (LLMs, Lovable, Windsurf, Cursor, etc.) to deliver fast solutions.
- Implement integrations and automations using tools and patterns such as n8n, make.com, webhooks and REST APIs.
- Offer operational backing during events and respond to technical incidents; occasional on-site presence required for large events.
- Participate in a rotating weekend emergency phone duty (approx. once per month) with compensatory arrangements.
Requirements
- Background in SaaS, event-tech, or system integration with an understanding of how web applications work.
- API literacy: familiarity with POST requests, reading JSON and tools like Postman.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted coding: using LLMs and AI tools to generate code, SQL queries, or automate tasks (“vibe coding”).
- Problem-solver mindset with customer focus and strong communication skills in German (C1+).
- Willingness to work on-site in Hamm and attend events as needed.

Location & Hours
