Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and architecture guidance to customers on using the ticketpay API to integrate existing systems (CRM, access control).
- Perform vibe coding and prototyping: use AI tools and assistants to generate quick scripts, reports, or workflow hacks.
- Build integrations and automations using tools and patterns such as n8n, make.com, webhooks and REST APIs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve customer technical inquiries, and provide operational support during large events (occasional on-site work).

Requirements
- Background in SaaS, event technology or system integration and an understanding of web application fundamentals.
- Practical API familiarity (POST requests, JSON) and experience with tools like Postman.

- Strong customer-focused problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- German language proficiency at C1+ for customer communication.
Benefits
- Permanent (unbefristeter) employment contract and job stability in a growing industry.
- Modern tech environment and encouragement to experiment with new tools; high-end hardware provided.
- On-site office culture in Hamm with short decision paths and team collaboration.
- Team events, flat hierarchies, access to customer events.
- Workplace perks: beverages, fresh fruit, corporate benefits, and net-salary bonuses based on length of service.
Location & Hours
- Full-time position based in Hamm (Westfalen), Germany. Role expects regular on-site presence and occasional on-site event support.
- Includes rotating weekend emergency phone duty (~1x/month) with time-off compensation.
