KI & Automation Assistant (Minijob / Werkstudent) supporting the interdisciplinary AI team in evaluating, testing and applying AI/automation tools in day-to-day business. The role focuses on implementing small AI-assisted applications and automations, documenting results, and researching trends to help advance the company’s AI strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate various AI (KI) and automation tools for applicability in the company.
- Implement small AI-assisted applications, scripts or workflows using vibe-coding and no-code approaches.
- Research relevant tools, trends and developments in the AI space and prepare concise summaries.
- Document test results and experiences in a structured way for team consumption and knowledge transfer.
- Share findings and support the team in adopting useful solutions.
Requirements
- Strong curiosity about AI and willingness to explore new tools, agents and vibe-coding approaches.
- Basic technical understanding and the ability to learn new tools quickly; studies in computer science are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Structured and careful working style, especially for documentation and result preparation.
- Initial coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or experience with no-code/vibe-coding tools is beneficial.
- Self-starter with good organization for remote work and strong team orientation.
