Join rock&stars digital as a KI Engineer to further develop AI-supported marketing processes. You will prototype and implement LLM-powered applications, set up AI agents and system prompts, and build automation flows to bring generative AI capabilities into the daily workflows of a marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and evaluate LLMs and tools (best-in-class) for given tasks
- Prototype AI application possibilities for marketing workflows
- Design and deploy AI agents and develop system prompts
- Build automation pipelines (e.g., with n8n)
- Implement integrations using webhooks, APIs and JSON
- Support AI-assisted/codex-enabled development and prompt coding
Requirements
- Solid understanding of LLM behavior (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) including strengths, weaknesses and common failure modes
- Ability to identify GenAI use cases and assess feasibility
- Practical experience building CustomGPTs, AI agents and, ideally, automations with n8n
- Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with webhooks, API integrations and JSON (examples mentioned: TypeScript, Python, Java)
- Experience with vibe-coding / prompt coding / AI-assisted development (Codex, Cursor, Claude Code)
- Strong German and good English language skills
- Self-directed learner with good abstract reasoning

- Presentation and consulting skills for workshops and client meetings
- Experience with innovation methods (Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Rapid Prototyping)
