Laravel Developer

Role

We are seeking a Laravel Developer to own end-to-end development: understand requirements, design solutions, implement features, test, communicate progress, and deliver production-ready applications. The role emphasizes an AI-first development approach while maintaining strong core technical fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain PHP/Laravel applications.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Implement queues, jobs, events, and scheduled tasks.
• Use AI coding tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity while reviewing and validating AI-generated code.
• Manage tasks, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables independently.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root-cause analysis for issues.
• Communicate technical solutions and status updates to clients/stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and common design patterns.
• Experience with MySQL and REST API design.
• Familiarity with queues, jobs, events, and scheduling within Laravel.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools and familiar with AI agents, skills, and agentic workflows (vibe coding).
• Ability to review and validate AI-generated code rather than rely solely on AI.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, ownership, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Good client communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience with Git, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, and Lambda.

Employment & Location

• Employment type: Full-time, Onsite in Ahmedabad.
• Expected to work in person and take ownership of the complete development lifecycle.

Compensation

• Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,365.19 per month.

Experience Level

• 2–4 years of relevant experience (mid-level).
