Role
Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across the CRM and business systems landscape. Provide technical leadership, hands-on solution design, and people management while partnering with stakeholders across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Security, Compliance, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of custom Salesforce applications, automations, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions aligned with platform strategy.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable data flow and sound system design.
- Drive platform optimization for performance, scalability, usability, maintainability, and governance.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, documentation, CI/CD, and release management.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and implement long-term resolutions.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture decisions and design specifications.
- Identify process and technical gaps, lead tech debt reduction, platform modernization, and engineering efficiency improvements.
- Mentor and coach engineers; foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and run proofs-of-concept where appropriate.
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering, application development, or technical leadership within global SaaS organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce platform customization.
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications required; Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

Location & Working Model
This role is based in Gurgaon and follows a hybrid working model. Applicants should be based in Gurgaon for the hybrid setup.
