Role

Lead Fullstack Developer at CoffeeBeans Consulting responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications that enable AI and GenAI integrations for enterprise clients. The role centers on full-stack development with Java and React, ownership of features across the stack, and contributing to client-facing solutions and internal best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Java and React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases while ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and mentorship.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solutions.
• Use vibe coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as part of the development workflow.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and React frameworks.
• 8-10 years of relevant full-stack software development experience.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git).

Preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to machine learning concepts, MLOps, and data engineering principles.
