Lead I - Software Engineering

Role

Senior UI Developer (Angular Migration) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable UI components using Angular (v14–v19+). Lead and execute complex Angular version upgrades for enterprise applications with attention to minimizing downtime and regressions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Angular version upgrades and manage breaking-change migrations across major releases.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance UI components with sub-second rendering and fluid interactions.
• Implement and optimize state management solutions (NgRx, Signals).
• Integrate AI coding assistants (Kiro, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q) into workflows for prototyping, refactoring, and unit test generation.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to convert Figma/Sketch wireframes into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices, including “vibe coding” techniques.
• Use modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Jest) to ensure quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Strong experience with Angular (v14–v19+) and demonstrated experience handling major version migrations.
• Experience with state management libraries such as NgRx and using Signals.
• Familiarity with utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
• Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, or Jest.
• Experience collaborating with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
• Proven ability to mentor others and enforce code quality and performance standards.
