About the Role

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Motorway's seller experience, driving conversion and revenue growth by shipping consumer-facing web and app products. Mentor other product managers, lead cross-functional teams, and use rapid prototyping (including vibe coding and AI tooling) plus rigorous experimentation to validate strategic bets and deliver customer value.

Role

Lead the product strategy for Motorway’s seller experience, owning vision, roadmap and key growth/revenue metrics for web and mobile app products. Mentor and grow other product managers and shape product-management best practices across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap for the seller experience aligned to company objectives.
  • Own and drive revenue/growth metrics; prioritise and place 3–5 major strategic bets per year.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to deliver products from concept through launch for web and app.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using vibe coding and AI prototyping to test hypotheses and communicate vision.
  • Establish and teach rigorous experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing, causal inference) and use data to inform decisions.
  • Mentor and coach product managers; improve team effectiveness and product practices across the company.
  • Communicate strategy, trade-offs and results clearly with data-led documentation to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive product management experience shipping consumer B2C products at scale for web and mobile.
  • Proven track record of moving meaningful business metrics (especially conversion) and delivering business impact.
  • Strong growth orientation and experience owning revenue/growth metrics.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation: A/B testing, multivariate testing and causal inference, with ability to design, interpret and teach experiments.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, capable of modelling product scenarios, optimising KPIs, and building forecasts/ROI projections.
  • Hands-on AI prototyping and vibe coding experience; familiarity with contemporary AI tooling and rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills; experience mentoring product managers and shaping organisational strategy.
