Lead UX Designer
Explicitly requires vibe coding and LLM-assisted/generative AI workflows for rapid prototyping and AI-augmented design.
About the Role
Lead UX Designer responsible for end-to-end experience design of enterprise agentic interfaces, focusing on conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, and trust-calibration patterns. The role emphasizes AI-augmented delivery, rapid prototyping with vibe coding and LLM-assisted workflows, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
Job Description
Role
Lead the end-to-end experience design for enterprise agentic interfaces that enable developers and knowledge workers to delegate to, collaborate with, and supervise AI agents. Focus on designing conversational workflows, multi-step task orchestration, contextual interventions, and trust-calibration patterns for decision-ready contexts rather than raw answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own experience design for agentic interfaces, including conversational flows, multi-step orchestration, and contextual interventions.
- Design trust-calibration and disclosure patterns so users understand βwho is doing whatβ across multi-agent, multi-turn interactions.
- Architect system communication: intent signaling, ambiguity handling, repair/fallback strategies, and coherence across interactions.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into coherent, testable experience frameworks and interaction patterns.
- Contribute to and shape an agentic design system, interaction heuristics, and production-ready standards for enterprise ecosystems.
- Produce functional prototypes using vibe coding and generative AI to rapidly explore layout and content variations.
- Use LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate research synthesis and specification writing.
- Communicate design rationale to engineering and product partners in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 10β15 years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-state interaction design.
- Expertise in conversational design principles, dialogue scripting, system communication architecture, ambiguity handling, and multi-turn coherence.
- Background designing for enterprise agentic interfaces, multi-step task orchestration, and trust-calibration patterns.
- Proficiency with UX/UI design tools and fluency with AI-native design/prototyping tools.
- Experience with vibe coding, generative AI for layout exploration, and LLM-assisted workflows.
- Ability to orchestrate AI tools, iterate rapidly, and apply human judgment to AI outputs.
- Understanding of governance and access constraints in enterprise ecosystems and how to surface decision-ready context.
- Strong cross-functional communication; comfortable with ambiguity and a bias toward building and testing.
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
Benefits
- Work on technical challenges with cross-geography impact.
- Extensive learning and development: online university, global knowledge sharing, external certification support, unlimited LinkedIn Learning access.
- Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons.
- Possibility to relocate to EPAM offices for short- and long-term projects.
- Focused individual development and forums for extracurricular interests (CSR, photography, painting, sports).
- Health benefits, retirement benefits, paid time off, and flexible benefits.
