Job Description

Role

Lead Product Designer (individual contributor with high visibility) owning end-to-end UX and UI for web and mobile products focused on patient pharmacy and engagement. You will drive product requirements from research, collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders, and deliver polished, accessible experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full UX/UI process across product discovery, research, prototyping, visual design, and delivery.
  • Lead and run user and stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and iterative validation to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align on solutions and implementation.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate synthesis, explore design alternatives, and prototype faster.
  • Design final or close-to-final high-fidelity screens and work with engineers through implementation to ensure quality and polish.
  • Build inclusive experiences with attention to accessibility (WCAG) and usability for diverse member needs.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions to drive innovation and team alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience for web and mobile products, including 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, UX research, innovation, and visual design quality.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills (interviews, usability testing, surveys, in-app analytics) and the ability to synthesize findings into product direction.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and comfort using an existing Figma component library to produce final designs.
  • Experience with usability testing methods and frameworks such as JTBD.
  • Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG) and strong information architecture skills.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder communication, and influence skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving product strategy through research.
  • Demonstrable experience with vibe-coding solutions (listed as Figma Make/Lovable).

Extra Credit

  • Degree in UX, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Visual Design, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare and designing engagement or communications products (chat, messaging, reminders, notifications).
  • Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, or product/project management.

Salary & Location

  • Salary range listed: $140,000 - $160,000 (before commission potential).
  • Remote role (preferably EST); required to join 9am EST calls. Offer amounts may be influenced by geographic location.
